Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipments

If you receive any damaged or non-working product, there is a misplacement in your order, or if there are some missing parts in the kit, then only you are eligible to opt for a replacement or return. Please note that batteries cannot be replaced.

The products will be delivered using DTDC, Trackon or other reliable shippers for domestic shipping. For international shipping, products will be shipped via DHL, FedEx or any other reliable shipper.

Delivery & Non-Delivery

  • Products will be delivered within 10 working days of receiving the order.
  • If the delivery address is outside the Republic of India, delivery time may vary.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or shipping partners.
  • Please verify your shipping address before confirming your order to avoid delays or cancellations.
  • If a P.O. Box address is provided and our shipping partners cannot deliver there, Paradox Innovator Pvt Ltd. will not be held responsible.

Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery location and service provider. Applicable charges will be calculated during checkout or notified before dispatch.

Other Terms

We are not liable for any damages incurred once the kit or products have been dispatched. Responsibility of the shipment lies with the courier company after dispatch.
